After 15 years as an entrepreneur in the highly competitive school supply industry, Allan majored in Real Estate, graduating with honors from Cabrillo College in 1995. He is a licensed Broker and continues to hone his skills by taking advantage of training offered through the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) programs.
Allan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and The Santa Cruz Association of Realtors. He has been happily married since 1972 and has lived in the hills above Soquel since 1990 with his wife, Irene and cat, Biscuit. He is a Sierra Club member and belongs to the American Radio Relay League. Allan enjoys hiking, fitness, watercolor, woodworking, stamp collecting, and gardening.
